Rhubarb jam

<a href="http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/15601909/?claim=vs68pnnw7ca">Follow my blog with Bloglovin</a>

If you've never been doing jam it would be best if you will start with rhubarb. Really.
Rhubarb contains a lot of pectin so very well is gelled.
You can make classic rhubarb jam or add something extra for flavor enhancement. I suggest a little fresh or dried ginger or orange peel.
Who likes what.
Alone rhubarb tastes great as well.

Ingredients :

1 kilogram rhubarb
0.5 kilogram sugar

Recipe :

Put the peeled and chopped rhubarb and sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Leave everything for one hour.
Fry it for half an hour and stirring from time to time.
Throw away the foam created on the jam and put the jam to previously scalded jars in the oven.
Place the jars upside down and cover a towel for 12 hours.
